Property information

These seafront mini suites are located above NV each bar and Veranda gastronomical restaurant in the heart of ‘Nikiana’ town. All four suites have direct access to the sea. The upper level suites have a private balcony with limitless view of the sea below. Each suite can sleep two persons in a double bed with en suite bathroom. The second floor suites, attic and green offers in their balcony sun beds! The sun beds of NV beach bar need to be paid and are not free to use! The NV beach bar is a separate company with its own rules! When the bar is open it has loud music from 12:30 till 19:30.

Neighbourhood information

Nikiana is a lovely fishing village, increasingly popular in recent years, but still suitable only for tourists who prefer peaceful holidays. It consists of one street that goes along the highway and in which are located several shops and a restaurant, and a small port with a numerous sailing boats, several restaurants and cafes. The beach is narrow and gravel (large pebbles) and it may serve well during the holiday, but certainly it’s not the reason why you should come to visit Lefkada. The sea is clean, but it’s not turquoise like on the west coast.
