Genieße das einfache Leben in diesem ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Ferienhaus . Mitten im Zentrum des malerischen Ortes Liapades in einer Gasse neben der Kirche befindet sich das kleine gemütliche, erst kürzlich liebevoll renovierte Haus. Es handelt sich um ein zweigeschossiges traditionelles Dorfhaus, ca. 60m² groß. Vom Balkon aus bietet sich ein Panoramablick auf die Landschaft und die Berge. Es sind zwei Kilometer zum nächsten Naturstrand Rovinia und dem Hauptstrand des Ortes Yefira Beach. Die Gäste reinigen das Haus während Ihres Aufenthaltes selbst ( Selbstversorgerferienhaus ) Ein wöchentlicher Bettwäschewechsel , Handtücher plus Endreinigung sind im Preis vorhanden . Obwohl die Endreinigung im Mietpreis inklusive ist , soll das Haus bei Abreise sauber hinterlassen werden , die Möbel an ihrem Platz stehen und die Küche gereinigt hinterlassen werden. Das Haus ist außerhalb jeden Massentourismus. Ideal für Wanderungen in die unberührte Natur und für Ausflüge mit einem Motorroller in die Umgebung und dem Erkunden der Insel.
Am Dorfplatz gibt es ein Restaurant, Cafeneons und Läden. 10 min Fussweg Richtung Strand findet man mehrere Supermärkte, Restaurants , eine Moped Vermietung und einen Arzt. Die Bushaltestelle ist etwa 10 min. vom Haus entfernt, Busse fahren nach Korfu Stadt und dem Badeort Paleokastritsa. Ein Auto nicht zwingend notwendig. Wer Ausflüge machen und die zahlreichen Strände der Insel erkunden will, sollte ein Auto oder Motorroller mieten. An der Hauptstraße Richtung Korfustadt gibt es eine Apotheke, eine Tankstelle und einen Supermarkt. Korfu ist bekannt als die immergrüne Insel. Selbst im August kann man durch grüne Olivenhaine wandern. Die Insel beherbergt über 4 Millionen Olivenbäume. Dies entspricht einem Drittel der Insel. Liapades liegt im Nordwesten Korfus. Der Ort ist bekannt für viele kleine nur vom Wasser zu erreichende Naturstrände und Grotten. Es ist ein herrliches Tauch- und Schnorchelrevier. Der Norden Korfus ist bekannt für seine schönen Sandstrände. Mit einem Auto oder Motorroller besucht man die verschiedenen Strände oder erlebt im Westen spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge.
