This private modern cozy apartments is located in Stavromeno, Crete. The property is just a few minutes from the town of Rethymnon and is the ideal destination for a relaxing and exciting family holiday in Greece. There are many attractions and beaches within walking distance of the property. The apartments are located on 1 st floor. The suite-apartment with 2 bedrooms covers 70 sq.m and with 1bedroom 60sq.m . in total area 1050 sq.m. They have a comfortable living room with a sofa and a large smart TV with air conditioning throughout the space where you will be able to spend beautiful moments with your family and friends. A dining area to enjoy your dinner as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, as well as a coffee machine, toaster and espresso maker. Additionally, there is a mixer, blender, juicer and egg machine offered for guests' convenience.The apartment with 2 bedrooms have 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed in the living room ,the apartment with 1 bedroom has 1 room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed ,both have chest of drawers with 2 towels per guest and 1 pool towel per guest, private balcony with sitting area, air conditioning and safe 1 full bathroom, hair dryer, iron and ironing board for clothes. -EXTERIOR ARRANGEMENT-!The laundry room(washing machines and dryers ) is used by all guests! The pool is shared with all guests! The external surrounding area has a swimming pool, lawn, sunbeds, outdoor dining areas, a children's playground, a garden and a parking space for cars.*EXTRA INFORMATIONS* - Baby cot and high chair available on request.-Departure is no later than 11:00am and arrival no earlier than 3:00pm, allowing enough time to air out the property-Check-in and check-out without the presence of the host is upon request.
