Build in 1989 the apartment still keeps the flair of this era with the wooden windows and shutters, the wooden beds, the white walls and the marble floor. Recently renovated with respect to the country-style of its original design is ideal to host up to 6 persons. The apartment is 50m2 with 2 big rooms, large kitchen and living room. There are two large balconies with orientation to the south and to the north respectively, so you can always have a shadow to relax outside and enjoy your coffee or meal. In most summer days the apartment has a cool temperature and a nice breeze of air that goes through it. The nice marble floor also contributes to the coolness. The kitchen is fully equipped and has induction hobs for a faster and efficient cooking. In the bathroom you ll find environmental-friendly toiletries and detergents in an effort to keep the water free of chemicals and save the seas.
It was many many years ago that my parents started renting these apartments as an extra income to help their three children study at the university. Since then many things happened and I decided to do the same for my children this time. I took a lot of care in renovating them trying to preserve the character they had in the beginning and my main purpose was to make them feel like home, a place where I would also like to spent my vacations with my family. I hope this is the feeling you will have too. When its not booked we try to host our friends and relatives so that we all enjoy!
The apartments are very close to the beach, around 150m. Just put your swimming suit on and in no time you are at the beach. In the next building there is a Super Market. Opposite, there is the famous Moustakas Restaurant. All the cafes, bars, grocery stores are in walking distance, no more than 10min. You are in the village! Many umbrellas to rent at the beach or you can bring your own to a spot that you like. Visit the sandy beaches or the ones with stones in the sea bottom to explore them with your diving mask. Take a stroll in the evening at the beach to have a drink or some ice cream, eat in excellent taverns, allow your kids to run freely in a no car zone during the afternoon.
