A particularly quiet and comfortable 57m2 seafront apartment "Naiada" situated next to the sea, nearby a ravine with an amazing view of the sunset in the evenings can promise a relaxing vacation close to nature. It is an ideal destination for families and/or couples. Also, the local micro-climate and the light breeze coming from the sea guarantee a peaceful and pleasant stay all year round. “Niovi’s House” is a complex of 6 separate apartments that all belong to relatives and are used both as permanent residences or vacation homes. “Niovi’s House” is built on a particularly beautiful 4 acre plot of land with plants and trees next to a ravine and is practically on the beach! “Naiada” is one of the apartments which has been recently renovated and the only one currently available for rent. Two big dogs, friendly to their human guests, move freely around the apartments and are the best guard dogs you could hope for. From apartment “Naiada” you can go to the beach by foot wearing only your bathing suit and of course don't forget your sun screen.
You are welcome! The pleasant surroundings and the direct access to the beach will make your vacations an unforgettable experience! The entrance room is a unified large sitting room with a kitchen. In the sitting room there is a double bunk bed, two sofas, TV, a fireplace and a big window with an amazing view of the Ionian Sea and the sunset. there is one comfortable double bed in the bedroom. There is a bathroom with a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils and linens that are provided to all guests. From the balcony you can enjoy unique sunsets and have relaxing evenings. There is a yard surrounding the apartment with vineyards. In the yard there is an outside shower where you can have a warm shower and there is plenty of space to wash your equipment from water sports (surfboards, flippers, facemasks etc.)
Apart from the fact that the apartment "Naiada" is walking distance from the beautiful beach Stomio where a small river ends, it is also near so many well-known beaches easily accessed by car, such as Lagouvardos Surf beach (13km), Golden Sand beach (17km) and Voidokilia beach (28km) a round shaped beach under the medieval Paleokastro, next to a protected lagoon. If you are an adventure seeker you can cross the Neda Gorge or visit Polilimnio and swim under unique waterfalls or go sailing to the nearby island Proti and Sapienza. In the nearby city of Kiparissia (20km), with the old town and its medieval castle, visitors can find many restaurants, café, bars etc. In general, west Peloponnese where the apartment is located is not only majestic place especially for summer vacations, but also a place that is close to many sites of cultural heritage and archaeological importance, such as the site of Ancient Olympia, Ancient Messina and the Palace of Nestor. Guests also can find a variety of traditional and delicious products in the local markets.
