This private modern apartment is located in Stavromeno, Crete. The property is just a few minutes from the town of Rethymnon and is the ideal destination for a relaxing and exciting family holiday in Greece. There are many attractions and beaches within walking distance of the property. The apartment is located on a mezzanine floor with 7 steps. The suite-apartment covers 60 sq.m. total area 1050 sq.m. It has a comfortable living room with a sofa and a large smart TV with air conditioning throughout the space where you will be able to spend beautiful moments with your family and friends. A dining area to enjoy your dinner as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, as well as a coffee machine, toaster and espresso maker. Additionally, there is a mixer, blender, juicer and egg machine offered for guests' convenience. This family accommodation has 2 bedrooms 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed, chest of drawers with 2 towels per guest and 1 pool towel per guest, private balcony with sitting area, air conditioning and safe. There is 1 full bathroom, hair dryer, iron and ironing board for clothes. -INTERIOR ARRANGEMENT- The mezzanine with seven stairs has 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 sofa bed -EXTERIOR ARRANGEMENT- The laundry room(washing machines and dryers ) is used by all guests! !The pool is shared with all guests! The external surrounding area has a swimming pool, lawn, sunbeds, outdoor dining areas, a children's playground, a garden and a parking space for cars.

It is an ideal choice for family holidays and large groups, we recommend renting a car to explore the whole area because there are many interesting places to visit. It is located very close to the central axis of Crete, making the distances particularly close. The nearest proposed beach is approximately 650 meters away.
