Our studio is modern and cozy, centrally located, only 300 meters away from Metaxourgeio metro station that will get you within 15’ to Syntagma square, the Acropolis or Monastiraki. It is ideal for couples or friends that prefer a quiet and relaxing apartment with everything you might need to ensure a pleasant stay. The flat can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. One person may sleep on the sofa-bed. Our studio is spacious and modern and it is located on the ground floor. There are no stairs to access the apartment. The apartment itself consists of a cohesive space of a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen and bed area and finally a modern bathroom. The bed has a new double mattress that will ensure a pleasant night’s sleep. One more person can use the sofa to sleep as it can be converted easily to a comfortable double bed. You will find additionally a washing machine in the kitchen. The windows are overlooking the street.
