Milatos Studios offers its guests three self-catered units which were completely renovated in 2020. The Studios are located just a few hundred meters from the sea. Αll the traditional fish taverns of the picturesque Milatos beach are within walking distance, you will be spoilt for choice! There is a bedroom, a bathroom, a small kitchen, a veranta, a sofa bed and a wardrobe. Free fast internet access, air conditioning, a flat screen TV, a refridgerator,a cooker with ceramic hobs and oven,a kettle, a toaster and an en suite bathroom with shower are provided.
My name is Georgia Papailiaki and Milatos is my place of origin. I have twenty five years of professional experience in the tourism industry, but moreover, as a passionate traveler myself, I like to communicate with people of different cultures. I believe that by respecting the individuality and the needs of each visitor I can help you organize the right vacation for you. I am very familiar with the area, therefore I can give you useful information about attractions, monuments and beaches in the region. I can also provide car rental information or your transfer to our Studios from the port or airport of Heraklion at the lowest price.
Milatos is built on the northern coastline of eastern Crete, in a valley of olive trees and citrus fruits, surrounded by mountains and steep rocky spots. The name of the village comes from the name of the ancient city of Milatos and is known mainly from the homonymous historic cave. In Milatos village there are traditional stone houses and narrow streets. Milatos Beach is a newly built settlement in front of the sea, with beautiful views and a picturesque harbor where fishing boats depart daily in order to provide locals and local taverns with fresh seafood and fish. The hospitable locals in combination with the seascape, the lie of the land, the amazing sunset and the excellent cuisine of the area, form the ideal scene of calmness and relaxation for both young people and grown ups. Milatos Studios is located on Milatos beach, 80 meters from the coast, 100 meters from the main square, 1 km from the traditional village of Milatos, 16 km from Hersonissos, 20 km from Agios Nikolaos and 45 km from Heraklion airport.
