Through a journey that started in 2001, Oreo Travel was founded by Stratos Beretis, an experienced member of the Greek Tourism Industry, a Graduate of the Department of Economics of the University of Crete and a Master Degree Holder in Tourism Business Management. Having passed through several management positions, he was won over by the occupation with tailor made tourism services and especially in inbound tourism in villas, independent properties, country houses and small holiday rental units. Oreo Travel started as a representative of global tour operators and continues to this day with an ever-growing network of partners and properties in Crete, Peloponnese and Athens, in line with the new promotional and managing methods. Our goal at Oreo Travel is to promote the properties we partner with in the best way possible, by solely operating as a booking agent on behalf of our partner-property owners, whom we advise and guide in providing high standards of hospitality for their guests, in accordance with the regulations and the laws that govern the accommodation industry. Furthermore, we are constantly available for our guests to answer questions, solve potential problems that may arise while booking or staying in and to recommend services that may be needed to facilitate their stay and maximize their travel experience (car rental, transportation, tours, excursions and concierge services). Luz villa is a spacious modern villa situated in the resort of Plakias in south Crete next to the beach and all amenities .It has a size of 220 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons in four bedrooms. The villa boasts stunning ocean views of the south Cretan Sea and offers its guests a sense of harmony and tranquility while it is the ideal base to explore the south coast of Crete as it is close to numerous other beaches.On the ground floor there is an open living space with sea view. The open plan area consists of the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, the living room and the dining area. The modern and fully equipped kitchen provides all essentials for a self-catered vacation. The living room offers a large corner sofa, a 55’’ HDTV, with large glass doors that open to a terrace with a sitting area overlooking the sea. Next to the living room is the dining area seating 8 guests with large windows which bring in sea views and a shower/ WC. Furthermore in this level there is a bedroom with two single beds (0,90m* 2,00m), which can be joined together to form a King size bed, with en-suite shower / WC. An internal staircase leads on the upper floor where are three more bedrooms, two of them with a king size bed each (1,80m*2,00m) and each with ensuite bath/WC and one bedroom with two single beds (0,90m* 2,00m), which can be joined together to form a King size bed and ensuite shower/WC . All four bedrooms have a 32’’ HDTV. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and offers Wi-Fi in all areas.
