Observe the infinite sea from your villa. When the sun comes out, get out and sunbathe on the beach, two feet away from your luxurious property with direct access to it. In the evening, when the beach is quieter, admire an unforgettable sunset by the pool watching the sun skydiving to the sea from this point of view. An unforgettable experience you won't forget! The Villa is ideal for families or friends seeking relaxation and privacy. Immerse yourself in the lapping waves during your entire stay! Near our villa is located Halikounas beach (10 min walk), recently described in Forbes magazine as one of the top 10 safest beaches in Europe for safe social distancing. The property is designed and built on its best at 2021 year, fulfilling all your needs and acquirements. ! We would like to inform you that the villa from 2023 season will have private direct access to the beach within the plot. Our beach consists of two big umbrellas and four sun-beds only for our clients. Also a small wine cellar is added for guests to get a wine bottle any time of the day! The villa has four amazing bedrooms where they have their own private bathroom. It has also a WC in the main area. The villa consists of three floors: semi - basement, ground floor and first floor where you access to all of the with an internal staircase.

The villa is located in the south-westerly part of Corfu in a verdurous location (Halikounas) and the location where they are built offers a majestic view of the endless Ionian Sea. The unique natural beauty in combination with the serenity the area offers makes an ideal place for rest and relaxation. With the private direct access to the beach from the villa you can enjoy swimming anytime of your day or sunbathing while hearing the sound of waves. With 10 minute walk also you can enjoy swimming at the beach of Halikounas which is one of the most beautiful and largest beaches in Corfu, also at just a short distance you can find beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters and tavernas offering traditional and high quality food. Lake Korission is a great local attraction, it is home to turtles, numerous indigenous and migratory birds. There are lots of walks around different trails, the lake is over 5km long and 1km wide. The picturesque village of Agios Mathaios is a 10 min drive with two well stocked local supermarkets, two tavernas, cafe-bars, butcher, bakery, chemist, ATM. Nearest Restaurant: 300 Metres Taverna 'Alonaki' Nearest Bar: 2 Km 'Tayo' beach bar. Nearest Supermarket: 6 km. Nearest Beach: 100 Meters Just below (Alonaki beach).
