This impressive villa is set in the sleepy hamlet of Velianitatika approximately 2km from Gaios with the stunning west coast a short 10 minute walk away. The owners have lovingly renovated the original property incorporating both traditional and modern features to create a haven of peace and tranquillity. Its quiet location is ideal for those looking to relax and unwind with family or friends. Its simple design in keeping with its surroundings is furnished to a high standard offering spacious interiors complemented by open beamed ceilings and terracotta stone floors throughout. On the ground floor there is a modern open plan living space with a large living room, dining area and a bespoke kitchen with all modern appliances including dishwasher. In addition there is a spacious double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a useful utility room with washing machine. Up an eye catching wooden open tread spiral staircase to the mezzanine floor you will find the Master bedroom with en-suite bathrooms and three bedrooms and the second well-appointed bathroom with shower.
