The two houses are immersed in the greenery of the property's forest, where you can take advantage of the Health Path, with 7 wooden stations and outdoor shower. The terrace has spectacular views of the Myrtos Gulf and the Lixouri Peninsula and is facing the sunset. The main house, called Tree House, is on two floors, with original wooden beams. Upstairs there is a large open space with a bright kitchen, dining room and living room, with the possibility of using the sofa bed as an additional bed. On the lower floor, there are two double bedrooms, both with French windows onto the large external veranda. On the external wooden platform of 50 m2 it is possible to have lunch and dinner, also using the gas barbeque. Not far from the Tree House, among the trees in the garden, is the Cottage. The stone house is ideal for a couple or a single person. In fact, there is a double bed, a bathroom, and a small living room with an equipped kitchen.
Ciao! I'm Alice and I live in Bologna, Italy. Since I was 3 years old I have been going to Kefalonia with my family every summer. I followed the construction of the two houses step by step, to which I am very attached. I hope you will enjoy the island of Kefalonia and this wonderful place, which is my second home!
The houses are in the village of Magganos, 4km from the famous Fiskardo marina (10 minutes by car). The location is very convenient: 100 meters away you will find the mini market, a couple of local restaurants and bars open day and night. All the most beautiful beaches and coves in the north of the island can be reached in 15/20 minutes by car. There are also several easily accessible hiking and nature trails.
