Property information

An amazing opportunity to acquire one of the holiday homes on the most sought northern coast of Corfu, the Sidari, at competitive prices. More concretely the accommodation consists of four apartments suitable for 2 to 5 persons and it is nested in a fenced garden and a swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. The swimming pool has a special ecological system: Sea Salt Electrolysis Pool Oxygenation. It is located just off the main road to Sidari and has been built and maintains the traditional character of the area. Set in a plot of flat terrain, the owners have carried out extensive landscaping including stone walls at the front boundaries of the estate. All the apartments of Kasianni Holiday, consist of bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, balconies, private facilities, and their interiors are simple and romantic, furnished with wooden pieces for a traditional yet bright and relaxed ambiance, furnished balconies, and private facilities while the outdoor areas, beckons you to soak up all the energy of the Greek sunshine. The one-bedroom apartments are set on the ground floor, are airy and relaxed with 2 single beds, a sofa bed, dining/kitchen area. The semi-attached maisonette apartments consist of ground one bedroom with 2 single beds open plan, bathroom, kitchen/dining.The upper floor has 3 single beds and one bathroom.

Neighbourhood information

Sidari is a village placed in the Northern part of Corfu Island on a hill area. There could be no better way to experience an authentic Corfiot summer! What makes Sidari a very famous place is the particular Canal d’Amour, the Channel of Love and the sandy various beaches. It is a nice big town, developed by the sea which offers more than one bay. Originally the villages were two and small, connected by a long beach but year after year with new buildings these two villages become just one. Every summer a lot of tourists come to Sidari for its night life and for all the facilities that this modern village offers. There are 3 important beaches there; with the famous Canal D’amour between them. The other two consist of a very long sandy beach the one and a smaller but beautiful surrounded by stones the other. The Channel of Love (Canal d’Amour) of Sidari is a unique bay!! To reach this beach you have to proceed towards to Persuades. You’ll find on your right a small sign for the beach. Sidari is connected with Corfu old town, port/airport, Roda and some others villages many times every day by the green bus services.
