Through a journey that started in 2001, Oreo Travel was founded by Stratos Beretis, an experienced member of the Greek Tourism Industry, a Graduate of the Department of Economics of the University of Crete and a Master Degree Holder in Tourism Business Management. Having passed through several management positions, he was won over by the occupation with tailor made tourism services and especially in inbound tourism in villas, independent properties, country houses and small holiday rental units. Oreo Travel started as a representative of global tour operators and continues to this day with an ever-growing network of partners and properties in Crete, Peloponnese and Athens, in line with the new promotional and managing methods. Our goal at Oreo Travel is to promote the properties we partner with in the best way possible, by solely operating as a booking agent on behalf of our partner-property owners, whom we advise and guide in providing high standards of hospitality for their guests, in accordance with the regulations and the laws that govern the accommodation industry. Furthermore, we are constantly available for our guests to answer questions, solve potential problems that may arise while booking or staying in and to recommend services that may be needed to facilitate their stay and maximize their travel experience (car rental, transportation, tours, excursions and concierge services). Irene is an impressive, 300 sq.m., two floors, five-bedroom villa, located 10km east of Rethymnon in the beach area of Sfakaki. The villa is just 50 meters from the beach. The area has a mini market and various restaurants, fish taverns, and cafes. On the ground floor, there is a large living & dining area with a fireplace, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, a double bed bedroom and a shower/wc. French doors lead to a 40 sq.m. veranda, with patio furniture, overlooking the pool area and with beautiful sea views. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where are four more bedrooms, one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, one with a double bed and a single bed, and two with three single beds.Furthermore there is another shower/wc. On this floor, there is a nice 60 sqm terrace with views of the surrounding area and the sea as well as a smaller balcony. All areas are fully and individually air-conditioned. The villa is surrounded by a 250 sqm garden with loan areas, ideal for kids to play, and beautiful and colorful flowers. The private swimming pool is 40 sq.m. surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas. Next to the pool, there is a shaded area, with patio furniture and a portable barbeque. A covered parking area is also provided suitable for 2 cars.On the lower ground floor a play-room, with various games is offered.

The area offers a mini market and various restaurants, fish taverns, and cafes while is just a few minutes' drive to the beautiful Rethymno town and its unlimited tourist attractions.
