Two modern maisonettes, built in a full of olives plot, are situated In Chalkidiki, in the southern edge of Kassandra penisula, close to the Thermal Springs of Aghia Paraskevi with the modern SPA facilities. Right in front of them extends the "Sidiroporto" beach, a small, quiet, family beach with pebbles, sandy bottom and crystal clear waters. Direct access. Thanks to their unique location on the "Sidiroporto" beach, the residences offer unlimited Aegean Sea view, with Pelion mountain, Sporades islands, Kissavos and Olympus. Seated on the comfortable terraces, the guests can relax and enjoy the sea breeze, the sunset, the waves' splash, the seagulls' flight. In daytime they can rest and watch the passing by dolphins, the fishing boats. At night they can discover the innumerable constellations in the sky, feel the magic of the full moon. Each maisonette can accommodate 4-5 people. The residences, 96 sq.m. each, are built with love and care, with selected quality materials. Both of them are similar, with a common vertical partition wall and each of them extends in three levels. Ideal for nature lovers, walkers, cyclists, divers, fishers, for those who look for SPA
I am a trainer and I work in a high school near my residence. Every day I use to run, in order to keep my body and my mind in good physical condition. The last 12 years I participate in the Classic Marathon of Athens. I like climbing. I have spent many days on Greek mountains. When I am in Halkidiki, I like walking in the pine forest. I also like the greek traditional music and dances, so in my free time I practice the violin and I use to play greek traditional tunes. Among my interests is reading. I'm interested in ancient greek philosophy. I study science books on sports as well.

In August there is an anchovy festival with various events d) 5km. away from the traditional mountain village Aghia Paraskevi, with small market, taverns. On 25/7, on the eve of Aghia Paraskevi, there is a local festival e) 103 km away from the airport “Macedonia” of Thessaloniki f) 117 km away from Thessaloniki
