Property information

A luxurious newly build house of 125m2 with unobstructed sea view. Ιs located at Agios Ioannis area , only 300 m from the homonymous beach , 500 m from Psili Ammos beach The house consists of two levels It has 3 bedrooms - two with double beds and the third with 2 single beds which can be joined. At the upper level is the large terrace (100sqm) with outdoor relaxing furniture and a dining table. The terrace is covered by a pergola with unobstructed sea so you can enjoy the view all day . When you enter at the house there is an open plan space that consists from the kitchen , dining table and the sofa with smart tv, The kitchen is fully equipped incl. a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. At the same level there is one bedroom with double bed and one bathroom At the lower level there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds, there is also one more bathroom and the washing machine There are silent air-conditioners in each bedroom and in the open-plan area. Hot water is supplied by a hot water heater Smart TV and WIFI

Neighbourhood information

The house is amphitheatrically built over the beach of Agios Ioannis and has unobstructed view of the sea and the islands of Syros, Paros and Sifnos. Agios Ioannis beach is one of the most beautiful beaches of Serifos , next to Psili Ammos beach to the direction to Kentarchos. The sandy part is under the small church that gave it its name. The beach is quite large and has many tamarisk trees but you will need to bring the essentials as is not organised Parking space for one car. There is public transportation during the day and some taxies that you can use.
