Designed for peaceful reflection but also convenient: not far from the nearest market and just a 15-minute drive to the closest beach. A place encompassed by nature where you can experience stunning sunsets and breathtaking views. The Units The main residence features a large living room and a fully-equipped kitchen, providing ample space for relaxation and culinary activities on the ground floor. You'll also find a comfortable bedroom with an attached bathroom and a convenient WC. Illuminated by abundant natural light, a staircase guides you to the first floor, where two additional bedrooms, each featuring its private bathroom, await. The elevated positioning provides sweeping views of the western horizon, where the sea meets the sunset. Complementing the main house is a fully equipped guest house, located in close proximity. This charming dwelling comprises a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, along with an additional WC, a comfortable living room, and a compact kitchen, all conveniently situated on the ground floor. Similar to the primary residence, the bedroom showcases an expansive window, affording cinematic views of the mountains and the sea to the west. Both the main house and the guest house are thoughtfully positioned around the pool area, strategically optimizing the captivating vistas of the landscape.
