Hello, I' m Fotis and wellcome to Green Leaves. It is a villa about 200-300 meters from beach of Iraklitsa bay. The villa is setted in an olive grove and a vineyard. The interior place is very comfortable, the sun comes in from big windows. All rooms are spacious and well equipped. The exterior place is even better, there is a really big veranda where visitors spend the most time of the day, from breakfast time when you feel the nature awaking with you until the late night hours when you can feel the summer breeze. The only disadvantage of Green Leaves is that the spacious bathroom is setted at the place of veranda, just five stairs from the main entrance. I hope this is not a problem and for sure it will not spoil your vacation time. You will be surrounded with roses, grapes, olive trees. You will be listening to birds and crickets from early in the mornings till late at nights.

After my first year on Booking business I found out that it's fantastic feeling to meet new people, to give the best I have and to get back their sincere commends. Actually, few of them became good friends. And this is so beautiful.
-In 300 meters there is the best spotted beach of Iraklitsa bay. You can visit the well organised with beach bar area or to choose a more quiet with fewer people place. - In range of 500 meters you have gas station, Sklaris bakery, Lidl supermarket - You should visit the "ammolofi' beach, ideal for all type of people, teens & families. The picturesque village of Iraklitsa is just 1 km away.
