A cozy and comfortable apartment (75sqm), with two large bedrooms that offers a sense of a really urban atmosphere. It combines a central location with a quiet neighborhood which is very close to the metro and tram stations. It's a brilliant, sunniness, airy and comfortable one level apartment (75 sqm). It has a big balcony which gives you a great Athenian's urban atmosphere especially in sunny days. Except from that, it also has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities connected with a big living room that has a comfortable sofa which converts to a bed if needed, and a bathroom. At last the apartment consists of two bedrooms. Specifically some of house's facilities: * Fully equipped kitchen ( toaster, oven, refrigerator, kettle and all the kitchen items such as plates, saucepans, cups, glasses etc.) * Tv * Wi-fi * Heating independency * Air condition * Hairdryer * Hot water * Sheets, towels and blankets
