With the clean lines of modern architectural design, and an ultra-contemporary feel to its spacious interiors, this fabulous villa oozes style. And with a 50 m2 private swimming pool and state-of-the-art equipment, function is just as impressive as form. But the single most stunning feature of Feyre Boutique Mansion is not actually the villa itself. It is the breathtaking views across the Aegean Sea, enjoyed from the pool terrace, the swimming pool and outdoor hot tub, from the large windows in the sitting room and even from the three first floor bedrooms and their covered balconies.

Neighbourhood information

The villa is located at the area of Stavromenos, which is very well organised, with shops lining the street and mini-markets. A 50m walk from the villa takes you to Stavromenos beach, which is mostly sandy with some parts that have pebbles and small rocks. In walking distance you can also find a good selection of traditional taverns and shops. After another 2km, you’ll meet the last part of the vast beachfront of East Rethymnon, Skaleta. The surrounding area has developed in the recent years, being now full with large hotels and touristic amenities. 
In a short driving distance, you can also reach Platanias, a well-known tourist resort that is in fact a suburb of Rethymno. Platanias has a great variety of choices, including shops, supermarkets, restaurants and many bars and night-clubs.
