This 6-bedroom property consists of a 4-bedroom villa plus a seperate 2 bedroom house with is tucked away on the edge of the village of Kontogourata, minutes away from the beach with mesmerizing sea and sunset views. It’s size makes it ideal for large families or groups of friends that can be all together and still enjoy the privacy of its 3 levels and separate house. In a strategic location is the ideal base to explore Kefalonia from north to south. The main entrance is at the ground floor, where you can find a living room, 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, the kitchen, a WC and huge terrace with an outside dining area. On the upper floor there is a small living room with sofa bed that leads to the master bedroom which has an en suite bathroom and a private terrace. The lower level, which can be entered from a private entrance, consists of 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom and a large living room with a sofa bed, and another kitchen with a large dining table. This level has direct access to the private swimming pool, surrounded by a lavish garden, with comfortable lounges, where you can enjoy the sun and the serenity the villa offers. A brick BBQ and a wood oven provide excellent opportunities for outdoor meals and gatherings. The seperate guest house is located at the pool level and also consists of two bedrooms, with a private bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, sleeping two guests, and a kitchen (this unit will be added in 2023). Note that: For up to 8 guests we open only the 4-bedroom villa, for more guests we offer the guest house too. There is a ping pong at the property also.

Villa Mantenuta is located in Kontogourata, a quiet village with amazing sunset views, a good base to explore the island from north to south. Argostoli, the capital and famous Myrtos beach are just 15km away. In a few km you can find two tavernas and mini market as well as two little beaches: Koumaria and Lygia. An impressive walk to the abandoned village of Farsa is in a few km away as well. Agia Kyriaki and beautiful Vouti beaches are just approx 9 km away.
