Blissfully set on the Cretan countryside, in Asia Gonia Village, with plenty of space for the whole family to unfurl in, here is a home where loved ones can set themselves free. The home’s raw beauty takes on a refined, elegant role; modestly gorgeous and casually grand, making it an ideal retreat to enjoy your summer holidays for years to come. 
The wonderful holiday home lays in 500m² outdoor area and is embellished with a 30m² private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (1,40 meters deep) and a heated Spa Whirlpool (with extra fee). The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds and two extra guests can be accommodated - one in a folding bed which can be provided upon request at one of the bedrooms and one in the couch of the living room area. The maximum capacity is 8 guests.

 
Outdoor Pool & Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy: 
 - Pool & Spa Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
 - Preferred Months | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool & spa whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature.
 - Additional Fees | 50euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
 - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. *Accommodation cost Excludes: Resilience Tax 10,00 per villa per night. This is not included in the platform prices and shall be paid, upon check in.

Eumelia Villa is located in the very heart of the Cretan country side, near a beautiful rural village. The traditional village of Asi Gonia, just a short 10 minute drive, is a beautiful village where shopping facilities for everyday's necessities can be found , providing butcher, bakery, grocery store, mini market, cafe, local cheese shops and taverna. A beautiful sandy beach can be also found at a distance of 30 minutes, Episkopi beach, with local bars & restaurants, equipped with sun beds and parasols, ready to welcome you in its clear blue water. However, there are many beautiful beaches all over the island catering all needs - busy, secluded, whatever you are looking for, you won't have far to go. You should absolutely visit Argiroupoli, which is conveniently located at a 20 minutes distance away from the villa. It is a traditional village with a long heritage of history! You can happily spend a whole day in Argyroupolis. You can easily do ecological shopping, dine on wonderfully fresh trout and, above all, experience at first-hand how many a Cretan village today was once a town of much greater significance in antiquity and the Middle Ages. During your stay you shouldn’t let the opportunity to walk, hike or jog around the area go unexploited. The song birds and cicadas will keep you company, day and night and your body and mind will benefit from the fresh, revitalising country side air.
