Epavli Luxury Design Villa is a spacious, three-level property covering 380 square meters, set on a vast 4000 square meter property. This extraordinary villa offers stunning sea and mountain views, and is located just 25 meters away from the turquoise waters of the Cretan Sea, with a private path leading to the beach. Features of the villa include: Six bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, satellite curved-screen TV, air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, a workspace, and floor-to-ceiling balcony doors that open onto a wrap-around balcony. All bedrooms offer breathtaking sea views, except for one which overlooks the mountain and sea. An additional private apartment with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area, a bedroom with a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom. This is ideal for guests traveling with additional staff. A modern, fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to the pool, a bar table with six stools, and a wooden table that seats up to 12 guests.
