The detached country house has been lovingly designed and self built to a high standard with many personal handcrafted touches. The open plan living room leads onto a large veranda with panoramic views to the mountains and the Libyan sea. You can relax in the spacious south-facing gardens on the hammock or sun loungers at a quiet neighbourhood. The building is made of local stone and old wood in 2008 and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is situated in an altitude of 250m benefiting from a breeze during the sunny days. The house consists of: Ground floor: 1 open plan ground floor that consists of a spacious kitchen/dining area and a comfortable living room with TV - 2 independent bedrooms on the ground floor, both with double beds ideal for couples - 1 bathroom with a bathtub on the ground floor. Upstairs: An open plan attic of a large seating area and two single bed. Outside: A few seating areas in the garden for eating, drinking, sun bathing or watching the exceptional starry skies in the night - A parking space for two cars Booking age limit over 25s only.

The village Anidri is located just 8 minutes away from the beautiful Paleochora, its a very laid-back place famous for its grafic Kafenion that offers traditional Greek cuisine (with a small twist) and the heart of our small village! Although Anidri has a traditional atmosphere it attracts a very cosmopolitan crowd due to its great location. Being just 5km (8 minutes drive) away from the center of Paleochora and the nearby beaches and its key location for many great hiking and trekking routes such as the path to Azogires, the Anidri gorge that leads down to Gialiskari and Anidri beach, the Chapel of Profitis Ilias of the top of the mountain with a breathtaking view or the path to Sougia. There is no public transport for Paleochora but the one-hour walk inside the gorge is very beautiful.
