The house is right above the beach of Agios Georgios (Argyradon) and offers magnificent sea view. Visitors have direct access to the beach via a private staircase. It has a garden and a large parking shared with the adjacent property. The living room is on the ground floor. A large table that can sit up to 10 people is placed in the centre of the living room. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. On the back (looking towards the front open space and the street) is one double bedroom and a bathroom. Another double bedroom is situated on the upper floor and has en-suite bathroom and balcony with sea view. Also, on the 1st floor there are 2 small children's rooms with balconies overlooking the open space of the face and the road. Each room has bunk beds and can accommodate 2 children. Children's rooms share a WC and a shower room. The large terrace of the first floor is overlooking the sea, the surrounding garden, the neighborhood and the road. Each room has a ceiling fan which combined with the enhanced thermal insulation of the building creates a cool and healthy environment without the use of air conditioning systems.
My name is Vasilis, I'm married to Evi, and we have two little girls, Christina and Ersi. Evi is originally from Corfu and we try to visit the island whenever we can. This house was built for our stay during the holidays. So, its main scope was to satisfy the needs of our family and accomodate comfortably another visiting family of 2 adults and 2 children. Our goal was to build a cottage comfortable, functional that will enable us to enjoy the wonderful view, big garden and spend as much time as possible outdoors rather than indoors. At the same time, we needed the interior of the house to be comfy and cool in order to avoid the use of air conditioning. We decided to allocate the house to rent, since our stay in this was limited to a few days a year. We will be happy if our guests enjoy their stay and leave satisfied. Furthermore, we will be even happier if they are willing to visit us again. We are sure that the location and the view will satisfy every guest and we wish the same to be achieved with the house itself, which we prepared with great effort, trying not to omit anything important.
Agios Georgios (Argyradon) is a seaside resort with a large influx of travelers from May to September and Easter period. There ar lots of restaurants (with different cuisines), cafes, bars, clubs etc.. The house is located on the quiet side of Agios Georgios. In the neighborhood there is a supermarket (ESPERANDO), 1 cafe-bar and 3-4 restaurants, all within less than 50 meters. Besides the beach in front of the house, there are also many other beaches (most of them organized offering the opportunity for watersports). An important advantage is that Agios Georgios can satisfy many different entertainment / recreation desires. It offers quiet restaurants / taverns / bars as well as bars / clubs for those seeking lively entertainment.
