Dimofontas Apt is situated right in the heart of Athens, midpoint to Thiseio & Gkazi (10' walk each). Also, Petralona station is 7' away. It is a modern, bright apartment characterized by its minimal, scandy design. The green element is also dominant with a direct view to Philopapou hill. In tranquil Ano Petralona parking is hassle-free. Dimofontos st is renowned for charming strolls around its graphical houses and the historic tsipouradika that offer the oldest Greek flavors.
I am a perfectionist. I try to bring the best experience to my guests by loving what I do.
Ano Petralona originates from the Greek words of "Petra" (stone) and "Aloni" (threshing floor), since they were used to thresh grain before urbanisation. It is one of the most historical areas of Athens, where old traditional houses are located since the Asia Minor immigration. Even Dimofontos st, has its own historical significance, as it originates from ancient Greek figure of Dimofontas, son of Theseus, who fought in the Trojan war. The area is the epitomy of the center as it's walking distance from Gkazi, Thiseio, Acropolis and also the Metro station. Thus, it combines all desires of entertainment, from party to cultural-related to local hangouts for people wanting to take a glimpse of the Greek lifestyle. Philopappou hill is opposite to the apartment and it's the perfect place for an early morning walk or late afternoon for our pet owners. It offers one of the most magnifiscent cityviews in the town.
