45 sqm fully equipped apartment on the 4th floor (there is an elevator), in a very quiet area with balcony and sea view. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 double and 2 single beds, respectively. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook. On the comfortable balcony you will find a small barbecue and a table with chairs and a hammock. The city center is within walking distance and it will not be difficult to park.
-----Bedrooms 1 bedroom with double bed 1 twin bedroom (one sliding bed) Both have very spacious closets that you will find very useful in case you stay several nights. -----Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen. You will find everything you need to make a breakfast or any of your meals. There is also a French coffee machine. -----Balcony It is the place that you will love during the spring and summer months and that you will spend most of your time in the apartment. There is a table with chairs and a hammock in order to relax. Have your breakfast gazing at the crazy waters of the Evian Gulf or drink a glass of wine before going to bed in complete peace. Do not forget to be there at least one day of your vacation during sunset to enjoy the view with a unique noise the birds chirp.
Do not forget that the apartment is in an apartment block. This means that next to it there are other occupants. Thank you for taking care not to disturb them especially during common quiet hours. The neighborhood is very quiet. Combined with being on the 4th floor nothing is going to bother you. Within 5 minutes walk you can be on the commercial street of the city with shops or on the beach of Chalkida with cafes and restaurants.
