Disembarking from the ferry at Gavrio port, we take the road to the capital Chora. At the entrance to Chora we will meet an ' Elin' petrol station on our right, shortly a second petrol station 'revoil' on our left immediately after that we will see a sign on our right of the road with the indication'Heliport 3 ' after a few meters we will turn right. Following this road after 3klm we will meet the sign 'Heliport' where the entrance to the heliport is, we will continue our way and after the turn we will meet the entrance of two houses in the third entrance is the house DE LA ROCA. We will welcome you by offering a drink. Explore the famous beaches of Agios Petros, Golden Sand, Kipri beaches all within a 10-15minute drive.. Several are organized beaches with umbrellas beach cabana rentals waterskiing paddleboards surfing and other water activities as onsite or within-walking distance bars and restaurants. Further the must-see beaches of Zorkos, Achla, Vitali, Fellos, Pirgos and Ateni are accessible by car. The Cyclades Olive Museum is a special treat, as well as the nearby village of Menites and the Springs of Dionysus. A day trip (or longer) via ferry to Tinos, Siros, Mykonos or other nearby Cycladic islands is highly encouraged. Ground floor apartment. Opposite the bedroom door is the second sofa which also becomes a bed for one person and at the end of the space is the fully equipped kitchen with a large fold in front. Come stay at one of the finest apartment on Andros ' DE LA ROCA' offers incredible panoramic view throughout the area that is Chora, the capital of the island, until your gore is lost in the endless of the sea. The first photos with the indication Two-Bedroom Apartment belong to the apartment of the 2nd floor and the second photos belongs on the apartment 1rst floor The house is build on a raised floor above the road with a stone fence all around. Entering by car there is a comfortable space to park we go up the stairs at the back of the building to the 2nd floor where the apartment is located and the hostess will offer the welcome drink. From the main entrance we find ourselves in a large open space, immediately to our right is the fully equipped kitchcen in front of us is the living space with the sofa, which opens and becomes a single bed a table and in the corner to the right is the dining space. From the living room we go outside to a large terrace that takes up the entire facade of the house. The view is definitive as we mentioned at the beginning, which we enjoy all day from breakfast, dinner or our drink in the outdoor dining area. After the main entrance on the left you find the first double bedroom with a balcony door to the front porch. Where the kitchen ends is the door that leads to the large bathroom and in front the second bedroom which also has a balcony door to the front porch. The apartment accommodates 5 people. Apartment. 1rst floor Entering from the main entrance of the apartment we find ourselves in a large space, in front of us is the living room which opens with a balcony door to large front veranda with a view of the island and the sea as far as the eye can see. To the left is a fully equipped kitchen next to the sofa, whitch opens and becomes a single bed, is the door that leads to a double bedroom wich open into the front porch to the left is the second double bedroom and in the middle the bathroom. The apartment accommodates 5 people.

Andros is the greenest and second largest of the Cyclades. Andros offers something for everyone and is much less croweded, noisy and expensive than the more famous Cycladic islands such as Santorini, Mykonos and Naxos. The beaches are famous even for Greece, while the cities and villages highlight the rich, sea-faring history of the island. Close by and perfect for families and small children is Batsi Beach, less than 10 min by car with excellent parking and access to the best shopping, dining, banks, grocery stores and other amenities on the west side of Andros. The island is known for the its breathtaking hiking trails, numerous natural springs and green valleys covered in olives trees, pomegranate, fig, lemon and orange trees. The old capital of Chora is renowned for its culture heritage, boasting elegant neo-classical buildings, several important museums (art, archeology, maritime, etc) open-air theater, and of course a wide variety of shops, cafes, markets, restaurants, banks and commercial venues. Gorgeous beaches, some popular, other isolated but all beautiful and unique with crystal clear sky- blue waters are only two hours away from the hustle and bustle of Athens. Disabled apartment. On the groundfloor and in the corner of the building there is an apartment for people with disabilities, but it can also used by other people. Outside there is a sitting room where we can enjoy the wonderful view of the island and the sea. We enter the main entrance where there is a ramp for a stroller and I find a single space with a fully equipped kitchen and a living space with a sofa bed for one person. From the kitchen begins a corridor that leads first to a double bedroom and finally to the bathroom which is suitable for people with disabilities.
