Just renovated! The remake took place in June 2019. Everything is New! The space Located at the heart of Athens, this apartment is brand new and offers accommodation for up to four people in a king size bed and a double sofa bed. You will have one space area with living room bedroom and kitchen. The apartment is fully equipped with: • Continuous internet access, Ethernet, • Air conditioning&heating • LCD HD smart tv that can connect to online channels, such as Netflix • Double bed, pillows, rugs, towels, • Large wardrobe with hangers, • Iron, hairdryer, kettle, toaster, coffee shop, electric cooker, fridge. • Crockery, shampoo, toilet paper.
The location is uniquely privileged. Just 200m from Syntagma Square and the central metro station that can also take you to the airport, while the train to Piraeus Port is a 5-minute walk away (Monastiraki Station). Nearby is the scenic Plaka area and opposite the 5 star hotel “Electra Metropolis” while you will be virtually seconds away from all the modern restaurants and bars. Athens' main tourist attractions and popular destinations are just a short walk away. Such as Greek Parliament, National Gardens, old neighbourhood of Plaka, Acropolis, Monastiraki, Thissio, Temple of Olympian Zeus, Panathenaic Stadium, Ermou (the largest commercial center) and the famous City Link with some of the most famous boutiques in the world. But even the nearby getaways can be reached easily by departures from Syntagma Square.
