I am a foreigner living in Greece. I love the center of Athens which is very dynamic and interesting. Every day I am discovering new hidden shops, restaurants and cafes in the center. I am happy to share my findings with the visitors and help them see how beautiful is Athens.

Property information

Stylish fully equipped flat in the heart of Athens between Syntagma and Monastiraki (5min walk). Major cultural sites (Acropolis), Museums (Benaki, Cycladic, Archaeological, etc.) are within 1km. Quiet street, surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets and near a park with playground. The flat has 1 bedroom with 180cm bed and desk and a living room with 160cm sofa bed. Green terrace with furniture and city view. The flat has a big closet, working desk, iron and iron board, drying rack, hairdryer, smart-TV, Nespresso machine, kettle, oven, microwave, glasses, dishes, cooking pans and cutlery. We provide 100% cotton linen, towels, coffee, tea, olive oil, individual shampoo and cleaning materials.

Neighbourhood information

The flat is between Syntagma and Monastiraki in the heart of Athens. The Acropole, Marble Stadium, Benaki, Cycladic, Byzantine museums, National Archeological museum and National Gallery are all within 1km. In a calm street, the flat is surrounded by the trendiest, traditional, and ethnic food restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops of Athens. The shops of Ermou St. are a 2min. walk and the boutiques of Kolonaki just 10min. Supermarkets and a night shop just around the corner. The beach is 7km away or 15min by car. The best location to discover Athens. Syntagma metro station is 7min walk. From the Airport to Syntagma by metro it takes 45min and by bus X95 is 1h. Pireus port is 25min by metro. Monastiraki is 7min walk and you can go with the electrico to the northern suburbs of Athens. A tram is going to the beach from Syntagma. The Athens bike lane starts from Monastiraki to Niarchos and Flisvos Marina. The National Garden with a mini zoo and playgrounds is 700m away. There is underground paid parking 30m from the house on Perikleous, 34 and a big good priced Parking on Klafthmonos square. Buses, taxis, metro all stop in Syntagma.
