Central5 Boutique Apartments is a local contemporary brand designed to meet all guests needs and provide, more than just accommodation, but a holistic experience!! We love to help, whether you want to explore Athens and the local area, or assist you in every way possible so you can have the best vacations during your stay with us, we are always available! We have a close collaboration with a bike rental business just right the corner. A bike rental or a tour was never easier to exploit this part of the city of Athens. We make it as simple as possible, as you can park your bike inside the property, in the common garden.

Property information

This fully renovated historic building is designed to provide boutique accommodation at central location in competitive rates! It offers 5 luxurious apartments in a variety of sizes, a charming courtyard and a wide roof terrace. It fits couples, families and groups up to 21 guests. The warm building creates a unique tourism experience that offers hotel comfort, privacy and romance along with neighborhood authenticity and meetings between people. The apartments fits short and long stays. In case of a long stay (more than a month) it is possible to use a washing machine and dryer located in the laundry room.

Neighbourhood information

This property is at the best possible location, absolutely close to everything and even more, but with a laid-back character. The district of Petralona is peaceful, it has a real neighbothood life with a lot of local shops, couple of local gyro shops, bakeries, restaurants and many attraction nearby. It is conocidered today as the favorite district of the Athenians which attracts many visitors. The property is located on a quiet street, 2 minute walk away from Petralona metro station and within a 20-minute walk / 9- minute cycling to the heart of Athens and all the famous sights. Every Wednesday at Pandorou street, two blocks down from the property, farmers gather and sell their fruits and vegetables in a street market. Should you be visiting on a Wednesday make sure not to miss it! A laundromat is also conveniently located about 2 minutes walking distance away! Cross the metro station to the other side and you will find yourself at the Upper Petralona, right under the Filoppapou hill. Many options for food as well as drinks from Thai restaurants to cocktail bars. Upon reaching the Metro station, you'll also find yourself on the bike trail that will leads all the way down to the coast of Athens. A very nice trail where Athenians run, cycle or walk at all times of the day, but when the sun is setting it is at its best for either sport activities or just a relaxing walk away, that will rejuvenate the mind.
