Just a few meters from the sea, on the main road in Kato Gouves, Villa Casa di Prios offers comfortable rooms with modern facilities and a wonderful view. Here in Kato Gouves with the buildings in harmony with the natural environment and the clear blue sea, your vacation will be an unforgettable experience. From the moment you arrive at Villa Casa di Prios you will see a warm and genuine smile that makes you feel comfortable and pleasant, and above all friendly. Enjoy the beaches of sun and sea in Kato Gouves and the nearby beaches of Crete for a stronger sense of summer mood! The villa consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, with a large double bed and high mattresses, with quality bedding for every guest. It also consists of a living room and a kitchen with a sofa bed and a maximum number of guests of 6 and a spacious bathroom with a shower cabin. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and kitchen tools for all kinds of cooking. There is a washing machine in the bathroom for your exclusive use as well as free wi-fi, a 55 inch central TV in the living room and 32 inch TVs in the bedrooms. The villa has a heat pump with fan coil cooling/heating in all rooms. The villa overlooks the mountain of Ederi on the back balcony, and the Cretan sea on the front balcony.
Close to the area of the villa Casa di Prios, there is a super market, mini market, bakery, butchers, cafes at about 500m. There is a bus stop at 150m. as there is also a taxi rank. Outside the property there is ample parking space with a closed garage door. The street outside the house is not busy and there are parking spaces there too.
