My company is located in Rethymno, Crete and is approved by the Greek Tourist Organisation. -Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of 10 euros per night from March to October and 4 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.

Casa del Balo is located in Koulkouthiana village, a short drive away from the beach (6,6km) and several shops. Just 24 Km away from Chania picturesque Old Town and close to the resort areas of Maleme, Platanias and Agia Marina, which provide an array of amenities, Casa del Balo is an ideal holiday base for those seeking to explore the area. Platanias and Agia Marina are both offering a wide choice of restaurants, beach clubs, cafes, souvenir shops and even a tennis club. Further along the coast lies the fishing village of Kolymbari which you can explore and enjoy fresh fish and seafood straight off of the fishing boats. Chania is home to many beautiful villages and is famous for its orange plantations. Exploring the area is certainly worthwhile with areas of outstanding beauty such as the botanical park with its organic restaurant or Therisso gorge within a short drive. Limnoupolis water park is nearby for small or big kids and cultural Chania town will delight every member of your party. The Venetian harbour with its lighthouse is lined with restaurants, cafes and gelateries while the winding lanes lead past independent shops, leather lane the old market.
