In una posizione bellissima, immersa nella macchia mediterranea tra ulivi e cipressi, circondata da un ampio giardino alberato. ideale per chi ama pace e riservatezza, fuori dalla confusione e a due passi dal mare. E' in collina, a 500 metri dalla spiaggia di Makris Gialòs, nell'isola di Zacinto. Intorno solo boschi e cicale. Si raggiunge attraverso una strada in terra battuta, perfettamente carrabile, che sale dalla spiaggia. Nelle foto possiamo permetterci di mostrare perfino la posizione della casa "da lontano", perchè tutto è esattamente come descritto! I servizi, qualche negozietto e bar, sono sulla strada litoranea, a circa 800 metri. Questo luogo è l'ideale per chi ama la privacy assoluta, il silenzio, il mare e panorami stupendi. E' dotata di arredamento curato e confortevole, non è una "casa vacanze", ma un luogo vissuto e molto amato, dove è facilissimo essere felici. Il giardino è molto ampio e sicuro, anche per eventuali bambini. Per chi non ama la spiaggia, è possibile passare la giornata tra le terrazze e il giardino, vista mare, oppure fare passeggiate sulle colline soprastanti, che offrono paesaggi mistici, da Grecia arcaica: uliveti centenari, pascoli.
Mi piace mettere a disposizione questa casa molto amata, perchè non resti mai vuota e permetta ad altri di vivere la bellezza del mare e del bosco, la magia dei profumi e l'incanto di un luogo perfetto, in cui è facile essere felici.
