Wonderful stone built maisonette, with strong wood elements, just 200 meters distance from the see, providing everything you need and imagined to enjoy your vocation in Psakoudia Chalkidiki Greece. The house consists of 2 floors 105qm in total and is fully equipped to provide you all the amenities you need. The first floor consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and of course the balcony with see view. The second floor which is a luscious attic comprises of a master bedroom and a bathroom. There are free parking spots just by the house, Supermarket just by the corner and we are pet friendly. The stone built maisonette is the dreamy vacation home for your family.
