This modern designed villa is constructed over 2 floors with the main floor living area particularly spacious and bright, and with large patio doors leading out to the front terrace, 6 seat outdoor Jacuzzi gives you the opportuntity to relax! Outdoor sofa’s, a perfect vantage point for the hotter parts of the day! From the upstairs bedrooms, lovely balcony and provides a perfect setting for a well-earned, end of the day sundowner! With 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and 1 WC, this is a perfect villa for groups of friends, or large family get-togethers. This truly is a serene setting, with attractive gardens, a 6 seat outdoor Jacuzzi and 150m from Mytikas beach.
