Relax at this all brand new house, perfect for couples but also for families with two additional members. Sunbathe in a large garden while the kids play in a safe environment. The House it is located a few meters from Agios Ilias beach where you can play sports and sunbathe. It is a beach with shallow waters where children can enjoy themselves safely, also has a beach bar with sun loungers and umbrellas. The House is fully equipped. It has a comfortable bedroom (16m2) with a double bed + two single beds, a spacious closet and direct access to the garden through a small balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a breakfast bar. The living room has a double sofa bed and a 32" TV (kitchen + living room 16m2). The bathroom has hot water. Outside we have a dining table to enjoy family moments. An outside shower with hot water. - Internet connection is on request. - It is a connection via Mobile Router 3G/4G (Play Pocket COSMOTE) - GB may be limited. This depends on the company and the offers they have depending on the month. - Parking is available upon request on site and is private. - Private parking may be shared with another guest. - There is also free outdoor parking. The property is divided into two independent houses, each house with a private garden on the side. The front of each house has a balcony with a dinning table. Garage could be shared with the owner or with other potential guest.

The neighborhood surrounding Agios Ilias Beach Pyrgos is mostly residential, and there are several small guesthouses and apartments for rent. There are also some shops and restaurants in the area, but the atmosphere is generally quiet and relaxed. If you arre looking for other activities to do in the area, there are several historic and cultural sites worth visiting. The ancient city of Olympia, which was the site of the first Olympic Games, is located just a short drive away. The nearby city of Pyrgos also has a rich history and cultural heritage, and it is worth exploring the narrow streets and traditional architecture. Overall, Agios Ilias Beach Pyrgos is a beautiful destination in the Peloponnese region of Greece, offering a perfect blend of natural beauty, history, and culture.
