An exclusive luxury resort close to the beach, overlooking the Sea, this is the ultimate luxury pad for your dream family gathering. This is a Singular Gem, with a private 150m2 pool, swim-up sun-beds, impeccable settings and iconic design, making it the ideal holiday home for 22 guests. With 9 individual bedrooms and an exquisite living-cum gathering area, this is the best holiday choice for a large group or friends or family to spend some “togetherness time”. Practicalities There is secure parking space at the Villa’s premises for four cars (more cars can also park close to the villa free of charge) •The property is well-equipped with : 2 x Large Fridge/freezer, 2 x Electric stove with oven, Espresso machine (capsules) & Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Food Processor (Multi), Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Drying & Washing Machine, 9x Iron & Board, 9 x Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, fully equipped kitchen. Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Smoking is allowed only outdoors. No pets allowed events are not allowed

Location Overview : Borosso Villa is located in the wonderful village of Prinos, offering a great location, as you have the opportunity to visit all the well-known beaches and sightseeing spots of Rethymno with your car, taking only 5 to 20 minutes maximum. Guests can find a beautiful sandy beach, located in Skaleta area, which is only 5 minutes away by car, or approximately 15 minutes walking distance. Also, in Skaleta there are all the shops that you might need, such as super markets, taverns, cafes, small shops, an ATM machine, a petrol station and various other facilities. Also in Sfakaki and Stavromenos, which are just 6 minutes driving you will find a super market, a bakery, a butcher’s shop and a pharmacy. !
