Blue Villa I is located on the beautiful town of Perama 20 km from the city of Rethymnon and about 6 km from the famous beach and tourist area of Panormo, in the prefecture of Rethymno. Blue Villa Ii is a 120m² house with a private pool of 45m² and an exterior area of 500m² which can comfortably accommodate up to eight people and promises idyllic holidays, with all amenities and Complete privacy to its guests. Blue Villa Ii is an ideal choice for all of you who want the quiet of the countryside, but very close to all points of interest in the area. - Εvents are allowed upon request for up to 100 guests with additional charges. - The house may accommodate one pet up to 10 kg. - Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. -The Εnvironmental fee 10 euro per night from March to October and 4 euro per night from November to February is mandated by the Greek government and applies to all visitors from January 1, 2024 who staying in accommodations in Greece. It contributes to environmental conservation efforts on the island, including waste management and sustainability initiatives. Please note that this fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected separately during your stay.
