Beach house Emme is a vacation home in Palio, just a few steps from the beach. Built in an idyllic location, is a place full of joy, laughter and summer dreams. It is located in an estate of about twenty properties, family homes with a secured private parking space. On ground floor there's the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom. On first floor there is a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms with private balconies, one looking at the sea and the other at a garden. Every day the sun rises over the small cape of Palio giving you a reason to wake up early in the morning. You can watch the sun rising from the horizon and the colors of the sky changing from red to pink to blue while listening to the birds singing. Beach house Emme offers you a full experience of summer vacation even if you don't want to leave the house with the sea just a few meters away. In addition, it is located in the mid distance from the city of Kavala (where you can enjoy shopping and long promenades) to Nea Irakleitsa where you can enjoy your dinner or drinks. It is very close to ammolofi beach and numerous other beaches and beach bars.
