Avocado Villa Fivos is a new, traditional 2-bedroom Villa with a private pool, which is located in the peaceful village of Sirili, about 4 km from the beach and 23 km from the town of Chania. A grocery shop and a tavern can be found in short walking distance. The nearest shingle beach can be found in Tavronitis, at 4 km away. Villa Fivos is a three-storey villa with a beautiful internal staircase connecting the ground floor, the upper floor and the top floor. Due to the shape, the villa is also called "the tower". A living room corner with a fireplace and a smart TV, a fully-equipped kitchen with all kitchen appliances, and a bathroom with a shower are provided on the ground floor. An open bedroom with one single bed which can become a double bed and a bunk bed above it, and a bathroom with a shower are provided on the middle floor. The attic consists of an open bedroom with a queen size bed, a sofa, a wardrobe and a balcony with peaceful views of the nature. A beautiful private pool of about 30 sqm with hydromassage is provided between the olive trees. All guests can also enjoy the farm of the owner, which is about 12.000 sqm and it has a lot of local trees and farm animals.
