Alia's Sea View Villa and Studios is located in a stunning part of Andros, combining a quiet and peaceful surrounding, breathtaking sea views, and convenient access to numerous beaches and the cosmopolitan village of Batsi. The complex consists of a charming two-bedroom villa and four independent studios, all beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The main villa offers a comfortable living space of 130 square meters. It features a master bedroom furnished with a king-size double bed, while the separate lounge area serves as a versatile second bedroom with two single built-in beds. The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi and a spacious living room with a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and expansive windows overlooking the Aegean Sea. The sizable terrace offers guests the opportunity to enjoy an uninterrupted sea view and a stunning sunset, thanks to the villa's westward orientation. The four studios are all independent with an ensuite bathroom and a large terrace that provides an uninterrupted sea view. The room amenities include free wifi, a fridge, hair dryer and a ceiling fan. In addition to the room amenities, guests have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen.
