Our iconic villa, is part of a complex where three identical villas are located, where each one embodies the timeless glamour of Crete. As spectacular design-led villa with Private Pool, Two Seater - Heated Spa Whirlpool, Children’s pool compartment and iconic surroundings. The allure of this homes are impossible to ignore. These captivating homes are embellished with a private 45m2 private swimming pool, featuring a children’s pool compartment and an iconic outdoor dinning area. The highlight is a two seater - Heater Spa whirlpool for ultimate wellness moments. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal) under sunset skies where our younger guests can explore the outdoor playground. The property lays in 600sqm outdoor area with spectacular surroundings, and is fully fenced. Our unique villa features a SaltWater Pool, featuring lower chlorine levels, which makes it gentler on the eyes and skin during use. *The villa is a part of a complex with three identical luxury villas. All three villas have their own pool, heated spa whirlpool and individual facilities, and feature a fence, however kindly note that some areas might be overlooked. Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) Baby cot, high chair, baby bath, stair gates available upon request Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Smoking is allowed only outdoors. Neighborhood info

Agrielia Villas are located in the picturesque village of Pigianos Kampos/Sfakaki which in recent years has evolved into a very popular seaside resort, as it combines all the features for both vacations and permanent accommodation. It is the last part of the long beach of the Bay of Rethymno and the beach of the area is sandy, quite calm and less noisy than the rest beaches of Rethymnon. Between Pigianos Kambos and Stavromenos, you can swim and snorkel in the numerous rocky small coves. Moreover, in Pigianos Kambos you might have the chance to see the protected nests of sea turtles. Out & About Nearest beach: 200 meters from the villa a small sandy/pebble cove. Beach: 600 meters Sfakaki long sandy & organised Beach Nearest Cafe, Super Market & Restaurant: 500 meters. Bus Stop: 200 meters. Rethymno Port & Town: 18km (20 minutes driving) Heraklion International Airport: 72km (60 minutes driving) Chania International Airport: 78km (70 minutes driving) Car Rental is recommended although not essential to explore the nearby villages and unique sandy beach locations, as all is reachable on foot and also there is a bus stop to Rethymno city.
