Aegean Blue, located in Koskinou, a traditional village, at the suburbs of Rhodes Town is a window towards the Aegean Sea. This holiday home has been built in the highest safety standards and specifications has been designed to make the most of the beautiful Mediterranean light. This Luxury Villa is distinguished for its privileged position, yet up high enough to benefit from the mountain breezes. Aegean Blue Villa is a 300 sq.m house, split into three levels. Each level can be accessed both by the use of the elevator or the marble staircases. There is a fabulous room in the ground floor with the view of the pool area, where guests can enjoy the melody of the classic piano, as well as, the entertainment of the chess table. Everything of Aegean Blue Villa is perfection. The furnishing is both luxurious and modern and the villa is fully equipped to the high standards expected for a premium quality home offering a self-catering holidays. The city and the sea view are boundless and can be enjoyed both from within and outside the house. Aegean Blue Villa is the perfect choice for families and groups, who seek a private, restful though exciting stay on the beautiful island of Rhodes.

I am the property manager and I have been in the tourism industry for the last 7 years. I am a full time mother of two children and I love my job as I can combine both perfectly. The best part as a host is watching my visitors' expression when they arrive at the property.... Priceless! I love spending hours at the beach and I feel very lucky to do so as I live in Rhodes (known as the island of Sun), where all kind of beaches are here to experience and enjoy!
Just 11 km away from the Diagoras International Airport, the villa is situated in the traditional village of Koskinou and 7 km away from Rhodes Town and Medieval Town, giving you the opportunity to actually live the city without being far from it. The neighborhood is composed by other six similar properties, with a private road leading on the hill, thus Aegean Blue Villa’s visitors will experience the ultimate serenity. Only a few minutes drive, visitors will be able to enjoy the most impressive beaches of Rhodes, including the famous Kallithea Thermal Springs beach and Anthony Quinn Bay.
