A unique find in the heart of Athens, only a 10-minute walk from the magnificent Acropolis, and a 4-minute walk from the Syngrou Fix metro station. It is a spacious apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, fully renovated with all modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a great location and the most famous monuments and sites of Athens can be reached within 8 to 15 minutes on foot. You are welcome to enjoy the apartment, which is always clean and well-kept, fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, such as a double-glazed window, security door, clean cotton towels, comfortable pillows as well as comfortable mattresses for a restful sleep. Natural gas air conditioning for the winter, high speed WiFi, hair dryer, coffee maker, iron, TV, fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and microwave oven.
We give priority to cleanliness, we disinfect the area regularly and especially before any arrivals of guests. The apartment was renovated in January 2023, it is located in the heart of Athens, within a short walking distance (15 minutes), you can reach unique destinations of Athens such as the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, the old town of Plaka, the old market, the outdoor market of Monastiraki, Thisio, Syntagma square etc.! By metro, 20 minutes away, is also the port of Piraeus difference Mall (like the Factory Outlet) as well as the beautiful beaches of the Athenian Riviera, for a refreshing dip during the summer. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, with all modern amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay. We provide you with FREE bottled water, coffee, tea as well as some treats and refreshments.
How to get to the apartment from the airport. You can use the blue metro line 3 and at the Syntagma station you change to the red metro line 2 in the direction of Elliniko and at the third station Syngrou-Fix you stop. After a 4 minute walk you will find the apartment. The duration is about 1 hour and the cost for two people is about 20 euros. The second way is to use a taxi, the duration is 40 minutes and the cost is 45 euros until 12.00 pm. The neighborhood could be described as the micro Paris of Athens, full of restaurants with flavors from all countries. Delicious Greek sweets, cafes and traditional taverns. Also pharmacy, supermarket washer dryers are located right around the corner of the apartment.
