Located in the center of the village Kanali & 600 meters from the sea, this cozy cottage house, can offer great moments of relaxation. Its strategic location, makes it a base for daily excursions to numerous famous destinations and beautifull beaches for all tastes. The house has two floors. The ground floor includes a living room, the kitchen and a small toilet room (WC). The 1st floor includes the bedroom, the bathroom, the main living room and of course the cozy & spacious veranda (balcony) with the unbroken view to the Ioanian sea.
The house is located in a silent and family residence complex. In a distance shorter than 30 meters, you can find a Market, Pharmacy, Bakery shop, Coffee shops and local restaurants. The sea and the coast road is about 10 minutes on foot, and gives you extra options for food, coffee and drinks.
