With its never-ending scenery and mesmerizing sea views in all directions that overwhelm the senses, this newly renovated and refurbished 2-bedroom modern farmhouse is a great choice for relaxed holidays, a short break or a temporary work-from-home station. The beach and a plethora of cool cafes, bars, cozy restaurants and hipster taverns, are all a few minutes' walk, while Thessaloniki International Airport, Regency Casino, Mediterranean Cosmos (shopping mall), are all no more than 10 km away. This house is full of stories and information. Back in the days, it served as a shelter where the farmers were resting after harvesting the fields. Today, it has been transformed into a modern boutique retreat that preserves its authentic character and embraces its imperfections. As a corner lot house benefits from its position by creating a pleasant feeling of airiness and simplicity. The wooden fence is surrounded by lush greenery and trees which offer privacy and tranquility. From the freedom of wide open spaces to the glittering of big city lights, the extra large terrace is filled with breathtaking panoramas just waiting to be enjoyed.
As a journalist I was lucky enough to be able to experience a big part of the world. The generosity of spirit shown to me on my travels and the kind and respectful hospitality I have received will be my lasting impression of these places. I have been flirting with the idea of creating my own small boutique hotels for quite some time and now that I'm ready to start off I hope I will be just as good as they were with me! I look forward to welcoming you all!
Those who seek a slower pace will appreciate the relaxed vibes of this laid back neighborhood as it offers urban convenience in a more tranquil and quiet setting. During summer time there is a water taxi service from Neoi Epivates to the city centre of Thessaloniki.
