Welcome to La Case de Marthe We invite you to leave your suitcases in this nicely decorated one-bedroom apartment, a little corner of paradise, within the BLEU MARINE residence, in the middle of a green setting, equipped with a swimming pool and 50m walk from the Petit beach Haven! A dream setting for lovers, families or even friends! The Case de Marthe apartment is equipped for 4 people, with a master bedroom with its double bed, mosquito net and air conditioning. -You will find a fully equipped living room & kitchen area "microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, hob, etc ..." with an air fan, a convertible sofa, a TV with Canal Sat, a bathroom with private shower and a free wifi connection. -It has a terrace facing the secure swimming pool, a common area "ventilated and sheltered hall" where you can sit down to cook, eat, grill using the gas barbecue. These common areas are places where, if you wish, you can meet or chat over a drink with other holidaymakers from the Bleu Marine or Sandrine residence. -For children under 2, a playpen bed and a high chair
The neighborhood: -The Bleu Marine residence is located on Grande-Terre, in a residential area of Gosier, in Petit-Havre. It is halfway between Gosier & Sainte-Anne, 5km from several supermarkets and 19 km from Pointe à Pitre airport. A VERY SMALL mini-market is located at the entrance to the Petit Havre district, "chez Roza". One of the major assets of the Bleu Marine residence is to be located just a few meters (50m) from a magnificent white sand beach with turquoise water, with the sweet name evocative of Petit-Havre and a superb very famous surf spot. It is sheltered from currents, Sargassum and waves to the delight of young and old alike.
