## The space This large and spacious apartment is bright and airy, and faces south-west facing Africa views, the Med Sea, as well as relax with the sunset. It is a very spacious one-bedroom apartment of about 70 square metres, with a large terrace offering breathtaking views, and has a large living room with a sofa bed (for two), smart TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area is a bright and comfortable double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower and bathtub for maximum comfort. It can accommodates up to 2 people. The rooftop spa facility is reserved for guests over 18 years old - There is a separate outdoor pool facility complete with several pool, sun beds and an indoor jacuzzi for guest of all ages. The Ocean Spa Plaza is a residential building and not a hotel or holiday flat block, so it is important that all guests respect the following rules: - Do not disturb other residents, do not shout or slam doors. - Do not throw litter or cigarette butts on the balconies. - No open fire barbecues - Do not hang laundry or cloths on or near the balustrade glass. (keep at the back so as not to be conspicuous) - It is strictly forbidden to organise parties in the flat or on the balconies. - Silence after 22:00 - Please note that access to the rooftop pool area is only permitted to persons over the age of 18.
