The Didveli area of Bakuriani is one of the resort town's most recently renovated. It's steps away from the largest ski lift and slopes in Bakuriani (a year-round gondola takes you halfway up the mountain, and chair lifts bring you up to the more advanced ski runs). Didveli has snow machines so you can hit the slopes all season. Buy lift tickets from near the gondola boarding point on the mountain. The main road is lined with convenience stores and ski rental shops. The amazing, innovative Georgian restaurant Chveni is on the ground floor of the building. You can park for free in front of the building (not covered). Driving in Bakuriani can be tough in the winter - The Valley's location is perfect for walking to nearby restaurants, shops, and the Didveli slope.
